Takedown and Rights Reporting

Starter process for owner and legal review before launch.

Every design published on Zen Vibes has a recorded rights status, and we do not publish files whose origin is unclear. If you still believe a page infringes your work, we want to hear about it.

How to report

Email contact@zenvibes.com with the subject line "Rights report" and include:

1. The full address of the page and the title of the design in question.
2. A description of the original work you own, with a link or attachment showing it.
3. Your name and a way to reach you.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and that the information you provided is accurate.

What happens next

We acknowledge reports within two business days. While we review, the reported design is removed from the collection and from search. If the report is confirmed, the design stays down and its rights record is marked rejected. If the design turns out to be original and unrelated, we will explain why and restore it.

Counter-notices

If a design of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our notice with the reason and any supporting material, and we will review it again.
